The Land of Forests - Democratic Republic of Congo
Congo was ruled by Belgium for a long time. But it became independent country on 30th june 1960.

- Population - 78,736,153 as of 2017
- Capital - Kinshasa
Resources - Congo has one of the largest river of the world
It has forests , wildlife , soil, minerals & water power
Agriculture and Mining are main industry
Forest:- Equatorial or tropical rain forests also it has one of the largest reserves of hardwood in the world
Wildlife - Gigantic Zoo , Snakes , Pythons, Monkeys , Elephants and Hippopotamuses
Soil & Crops - 1/5 part of the land is under cultivation because of cast forest cover.
The main food crops are rice , maize , cassava
and the main cash crops are rubber , coffee , cotton , oil-palm for export
Minerals and industry
It has Vast reserves of copper , diamond , cobalt , tin , zinc , manganese and uranium
2/3 of it's population speak bantu language
